VAMPIRE YOGA – CLEANSING, PROVOCATIVE, SPIRITUAL AND DARK.

Join Us in The Crypt.

ONLY YOGIS LEFT ALIVE

In the Crypt of ‘The Lost Boys’ we will practice an energizing Vinyasa Flow, we will follow this with a spooky guided meditation and reading from Dracula. We will be looking into the idea of fear and personifying these fears as vampires, we will then set our intentions and complete a ritual to focus our will, followed by black charcoal pizza and wine.
